All hand made items are done by me! They are my own unique ideas and NOT to be copied! Although, I am flattered if you would want to do so :) But please, create your own! Every hair bow is very carefully crafted to perfection! I don't just twist, tie, knot and glue! I sew each bow for extra durability! I heat seal every end to prevent fraying as well :) Sometimes, certain hair bows might come with extra goodies on it such as buttons, bling, crystals...etc. I STRONGLY suggest you keep those bows out of lil ones' hands! I am NOT responsible for any child getting a hold of these and choking! Although I make sure any extras are VERY securely attached, we all know babies and toddlers are crafty at getting what they want. So PLEASE WATCH your kids with these items!!
I do accept refunds only if the hair bow or baby shower item is faulty because of something I did (unlikely but possible lol) If you received the item(s) and it's not exactly as described, contact me within 7 days and I will gladly fix the issue!
I will NOT accept refunds for, if you or someone else you know destroyed the item, took it apart, it got rained on, a tornado took it away, a bird pooped on it, your dog ate it...etc or if you changed your mind. You see where i'm going with that one? Thankfully I can say in the year and a half i've been doing this, i've never had 1 item returned!
I will do my VERY best to keep shipping costs as low as possible! I will only charge exact shipping. I will NOT charge for the box or package, gas...etc. If I can, I will offer FREE shipping on certain items! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of anything here, please contact me asap and I will do my very best to fix the issue! :)
I accept Money Orders, Cash, Checks and Paypal as forms of payment. If using cash, I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen cash while it's in transit. I will NOT ship anything until I have money in hand! As soon as I have money or payed through Paypal, I ship quickly!
